This policy explains how Imperial Bridge Limited ("we", "us") handles the personal data you send us through the contact form on imperialbridge.tech.

Who we are

Imperial Bridge Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong, with its office at Chevalier House, 45-51 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. We are the data user responsible for your personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• your name;
• your company name, if you provide it;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you provide it;
• the area you are interested in (Technology, Logistics or Full cycle);
• your message;
• your confirmation that you agree to this policy.

Your name and email address are required, because without them we cannot reply. All other fields are optional.

Our web server also records technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use your data

We use the data from the form only to:

• read and reply to your enquiry;
• prepare a proposal or quote you asked for;
• keep in touch with you about that enquiry and any work that follows from it.

We use technical data only to keep the website secure and to prevent abuse of the form. We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who can see your data

Your enquiry is available to the members of our staff who handle enquiries. We share data only with the service providers that help us run this website:

• our hosting provider, which operates the server this website runs on;
• the internal messaging service our team uses to receive enquiries;
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this website and receives your IP address when the page loads.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

Transfers outside Hong Kong

Our service providers may process data outside Hong Kong. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data remains protected.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows, and then delete it. Server logs with technical data are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Security

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to the staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may:

• ask whether we hold personal data about you and request a copy of it;
• ask us to correct data that is inaccurate;
• ask us to delete your data or to stop contacting you.

To make a request, write to office@imperialbridge.tech. We will respond within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires. For a copy of your data we may charge a fee that is not excessive, as the Ordinance allows.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
